Our Story

Where it all started...

Structured Health Resources, Inc. (SHR) was founded in 1996 by Sara Taylor Eggleston to serve employers in their efforts to offer health promotion, ergonomic programs, and disability management strategies. Since that time, additional disability management consultants have joined the SHR team to expand the range of services available and to service our global territory. 

We are a collective group of rehabilitation professionals that have a very close working relationship and passion for preventing disability. We have all known each other in excess of 12 years and each bring individually over 20 years of disability management experience.

In 2011, Structured Health Resources became certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
